I started with a sheer holographic glitter polish, then added the "feather" design.  It really stood out...but he real hero here is the the glitter of course! I don't know if there is any way to dress this set down?...but who cares really.  Who says you can't have black tie met gala nails with jeans? lol! Where's my glitter girls at? This one's for you!
